Every year, MasterClass Studio has the absolute privilege of being invited to R.I.S. for an intensive 4-day acting workshop, and every single year, these students completely blow me away.
I am incredibly grateful for the dedication, the effort, and the sheer bravery these students brought to the floor. Acting requires you to be vulnerable, to trust your scene partners, and to try things that might intimidate you. These students didn’t just step out of their comfort zones this weekβthey leaped.
Their final performances turned out even better than we could have expected, and the audience had an absolute blast watching their scenes come to life.
Seeing that transformation from day one to day four is exactly why I do what I do. I truly love my job!
