Comedy is serious business. To make an audience genuinely laugh, you can’t just “act funny”βyou have to completely commit to the absolute absurdity of your character.
Welcome to Voss Episode 3: “This is Tea.” 
For this episode, Emily and Phil brought two of the most outstanding, eccentric, and downright hilarious characters to life. When you put two highly specific, contrasting personalities in a high-stakes environment (like waiting for the terrifying Coach Voss), the comedy writes itself.
Watching you two play off each other was an absolute joy. The timing, the physical quirks, and the sheer absurdity of the “tea” situation… it was so much fun to watch on the monitors. You proved that when actors make bold, unapologetic choices, the result is pure entertainment.
We were trying so hard not to ruin the takes by laughing behind the camera! 
The Voss series just keeps getting better. I am so proud of the creativity happening at the studio right now.
