What an immense honor to be part of Ameer Drane’s Gay Poem book launch. I have seen you perform in my classes and watched videos of you performing live, but to see you in person was on another level. Your energy, your words, the impact of what you say. I laughed, I cried and was thrilled for and with you. You are so open in sharing yourself with the world and I wish you all the best on your journey. I hope you can make your dreams come true and perform on increasingly bigger stages, because your show deserves it.
