It wasn’t about hitting my mark perfectly.
It wasn’t about memorizing every comma.
It wasn’t even about “finding the character.”
The best advice?
“Stop trying to act. Just be.”
Sounds simple, right? Except it took me years to realize how true it is. The magic happens when you drop the pressure, trust yourself, and let the moment live through you. 
Funny thing is, when I finally stopped “acting” so hard… that’s when people started saying, “Wow, that was real.” Go figure. 
So here’s to less pretending and more being. Less perfection and more presence.
