Yesterday we dove deep into Chekhovβs Technique β and wow, did we move! 
We explored energy, imagination, and physical connectionβ¦ and today my body is definitely reminding me about it. 
But it was worth every stretch and sore muscle.
We connected β not just to our bodies, but to each other.
We listened, felt, and created together.
The monologue explorations were absolutely beautiful β full of truth, courage, and transformation. Watching everyone open up to new possibilities reminded me why I love teaching so much.
