​You are the protagonist of your own movie. The “messy middle” is where you get strong. It’s where you get interesting. It’s where you get good.
​If you arrived at the finish line today, you wouldn’t know how to handle the trophy. You haven’t built the muscles to hold it yet.

​So stop trying to skip the scene. You are in the training montage right now.
