In our latest Fundamentals of Acting for Adults class, we went deep. Acting isn’t just about learning lines or hitting marks; it’s about accessing the raw, unfiltered parts of ourselves that we usually keep safely hidden away in our daily lives.
It was an incredibly emotional session. Watching these actors bravely open up, drop their professional guards, and truly learn from one another’s vulnerability was nothing short of beautiful. It takes a profound level of trust and courage to be that honest in a room full of people.
The connection they are building with themselves—and with each other—is exactly where the magic of this craft lives. I cannot wait to see what happens next with these amazing souls as we continue this journey together. The foundation they are building is so incredibly real.
