REGISTER FOR THE NEW FUNDAMENTALS OF ACTING CLASS FOR ADULTS STARTING ON SATURDAY, 04.05.2024 FROM 5-8PM COURSE WILL TAKE PLACE EVERY SATURDAY FROM 5-8PM. THE FUNDAMENTALS OF ACTING COURSE IS 3 MONTHS LONG.

 

The Fundamentals of Acting Course was designed by Warunya Soontorntae. The course itself is three months long. One time per week. Usually on a Saturday or Sunday. Each class is 3+ hours long. The course is progressive so each class builds on the one before that. There are three main sections to the course:

1. The Human Essences part Where we guide each of our students goes on a journey to discover themselves. You get used to the process of an actor of exploration, explanation and expression.

2. After that we go into dialogue. We explore what dialogue is and then start to work with scripts, how to analyze a script.

3. Then we go into scene work. In this part of the class we explore how to work with our partner. There is much more responsibility on you in this part of the class. To learn your lines, to meet up with your scene partner and rehearse to be prepared for the class.

4. The final part of the course is the showcase performance. The showcase is essential to the course as you have to apply everything that you have learned and put it to the test. The usually also is one of the most satisfactory parts of the course. There is nothing that compares to the energy before, during and after putting on a show. THE COST FOR THE CLASS IS 10,000 BAHT PER MONTH. THERE WILL BE 4 CLASSES PER MONTH @ 3 HOURS PER CLASS.

B. SUPER EARLY BIRD PROMOTION: 24,000 BAHT FOR ALL 3 MONTHS TOGETHER  IF FULL PAYMENT IS MADE BEFORE THE 14th of April 2024.

C. Classes are mandatory and progressive. 1 Class per month can be rescheduled at a reduced cost of 1,000 Baht

D. The class fee is non-refundable
E. The cost of the showcase performance at the end of the course is not included, but should not exceed 3,000 Baht per person
F. Both student and teacher agree to conduct themselves in appropriate manner that is conducive to the class and supports a positive class environment.
