Yesterday we kicked off the Advanced Acting Techniques β diving into the worlds of Stella Adler, Sanford Meisner, Chekhov, and Viewpoints. Each technique opens new doors, challenges us in fresh ways, and deepens our understanding of truth in performance.

As Stella Adler once said: βGrowth as an actor and as a human being are synonymous.β 
And thatβs what excites me the most β every class is not just about acting, but about growing as people, finding courage, and connecting with our authentic selves.
