Maybe it’s because we spend half our lives asking:
“Who am I?”
“What do I want?”
“What’s my objective?”
…even when we’re just trying to order coffee.

Actors dive deep — into emotions, relationships, trauma, truth… and sometimes straight into an existential crisis before lunch.
But here’s the thing:
We take it seriously because we care.
Because storytelling matters.
Because somewhere, someone will see your performance and think, “That’s me.”
So yes — we’re serious.
But we’re also ridiculous, brave, playful, and gloriously human.
Take the work seriously — just don’t forget to laugh at yourself while doing it.
